Rules: Section 1. Storage.
(a) Storage buildings may be placed only within a privacy fenced area, and must get
advanced approval from the Board of Directors’ regarding size, structural design and
materials.
(b) Other than a gas/propane grill, deck or patio furniture, or decorative items, all personal
items must be shielded from public view by privacy fence. These other items are
allowed in view outside of a privacy fence only for short-term use. Privacy fences being
installed shall be of the chain link style, 5 feet in height (or of a height to match an
existing fence already attached to the building), follow the rear or
