The Board of Directors meet in an audio conference call and owners are welcome and encouraged to join the meetings. The conference call can be joined by calling (712) 770-8011 and using code 291838 to join when prompted. Names are collected by the automated system to announce the caller into the conference call.
Meeting agendas are posted on the website along with the date the meeting will take place. If you have an item for the board to add to the agenda to discuss please email eaglesnesthoa.np@gmail.com to have the item added to the agenda.
Unless otherwise announced, meetings are held every second Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM Alaska time.
